According to metadata displayed on the CCTV footage, the incident took place on Saturday 8 August 2020. A man was seen walking along the drinks isle, purely oblivious to the danger he was about to encounter.
The last place you would expect to be robbed at, is the drinks isle of a convenience store. In normal circumstances, it just does not happen.
Well, this video is enough proof to substantiate the claim that in South Africa, nowhere is safe.
Before the man could even process what was taking place, he had a gun pointed at his face and behind him, a second armed suspect went for his back pockets.
The robbers milked the man of everything his had on his person. It’s not known what exactly was taken but the victim will sure be glad that his life was spared.
