Brits police officials have cordoned off an interchange near Lethlabile Mall, in the North West, after a cash-in-transit truck was robbed.

The incident took place on Monday morning. Very few details are available at this time but we understand that an unknown number of suspects placed explosives on the money truck and its escort vehicle, as it transported an undisclosed amount of cash.
Both vehicles were bombed and the suspects made off with an undisclosed amount of money in two BMWs, a metallic grey X5 and a white 3 Series, both of which were not fitted with registration plates.

No injuries or deaths were reported.
Cash-in-transit heist reported in Kempton Park
In an unrelated incident, a cash-in-transit truck was robbed outside Madina Wholesalers in Kempton Park, Pretoria, this morning.
Not much information is available on the robbery but it’s believed an unknown number of suspects cornered the money truck outside the wholesalers and went for the compartment that held an undisclosed amount of cash.
Authorities are in search of the getaway vehicle, which is reportedly a silver Ford Focus with the registration plates FR 63SD GP.
